January[]
- 7: The Italian Syndicalist Union is declared a "subversive and anti-national organisation" by the fascist government of Italy. It is forced underground.[1]
June[]
- 6: Led by Severino Di Giovanni, anarchists storm a celebration of the Italian monarchy held in Buenos Aires, Argentina. They throw leaflets at fascist Italian politicians and shout “Murderers! Thieves!” and it ends with a brawl with fascists and their arrest by the Argentine police.[2]

- Abba Gordin is shot and arrested by the Cheka while giving a speech in the Soviet Union. He is released due to the efforts of Nadezhda Krupskaya (Vladimir Lenin's wife) and quickly flees across the Soviet-China border to Shanghai. He immigrates to the USA in 1927.[3]
